Payment Confirmation.
Customers will see the screen show a payment as "Submitted" once it has been picked up by the blockchain. Customers can check the Etherscan link to monitor block confirmation.
In rare cases, a submitted payment may fail. In this case, it will show as failed on the merchant's dashboard and the merchant should reach out to notify the customer.
