Adding a wallet address to your website's DNS records
How to create a TXT record for your wallet.
Trelis Enterprise plan requires that merchants connect with a wallet containing an ENS (e.g. Trelis.eth) OR add their wallet address to their website's DNS records.
The ENS/website appears on all invoices, allowing customers to verify who they are paying.
To add a TXT record to your website, find your DNS settings on your webhost's site (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap) and add a new TXT record with:
- name = trelis
- data/value = [your wallet address]
